Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds and replacements are available only for confirmed manufacturing defects. To process a replacement/refund you must provide a full unboxing video (showing the package sealed, opening, and product condition). Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
Shipping Damage
Our products are ceramic and fragile. Clayora is not liable for damages occurring during shipping or courier handling. Customers are encouraged to inspect and record the unboxing at delivery.
